Field Application Engineer
SUTO iTEC (China) Co., Ltd.
Jobsite: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Technical support to our customers and our sales force in China and Asia /
Pacific via phone, E-mail and other channels
- Occasional user acceptance tests for new products from R&D
- Occasional on-site support if issue can not be solved remotely
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to understand customers requirements and eager to provide the best
possible solution
- Requires mechanics or electronics background
- Better have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related area
- Considerable knowledge of English in writing and speaking
- Good computer knowledge
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Good communication skills
现场应用工程师
希尔思仪表（深圳）有限公司
工作地点：上海
岗位职责：
- 中国和亚太区技术支持，通过电话、电子邮件和其他方式为客户和销售人员提供技术支持。
- 对研发部推出的新产品进行用户体验测试。
- 如果故障不能通过远程方式解决，前往现场进行支持。
- 其他相关工作及临时分配的任务。
岗位需求：
- 理解用户需求并为之提供解决方案的能力
- 需要机械和电子专业背景
- 在客户服务或相关领域有1-2年工作经验
- 能熟练使用英语进行读写
- 能熟练操作电脑
- 可以经常出差，国内和国外
- 良好的沟通技巧
